I might get DA3 as a 2nd hand product so EA wont get my money and I only need to pay 10 buck or so. Seeing how DA2 is I think 10 bucks for DA3 is just the right price for 5 hours of fun....

No. I may be done with anything with EA backing, honestly. But, I will say this, if -fans- rave about a great game, I may buy later at a cheap price.(please read fans as non-reviewers. no matter which side of the ME3 mess you fall on, we're all gamers, and aren't being told what to think about a title.)

Yes, since I'm already invested in the Dragon Age series.

I'm only going to be wary of future non-DA/non-Mass Effect games from Bioware (although that would be the case even if Bioware made a great ending for Mass Effect).

Probably not, since I never got in to DA2. If I ever replay the first (on pc this time) I may go back to that after it.

Nope. But my decision isn't based on Mass Effect 3, (though Mass Effect and the state of Bioware in general worry me) it will be based on Dragon Age 2 and how much of a letdown that game was

Even I liked DA2 (By far not as much as DA:O, tho) I will not get the collectors ed and I will not get it on day one. I'll wait at least a week and wait until the first resumes of people arrive that played it completely. Then I will decide, if I'll buy it at full price or wait for the pricedrop.

Nope, not on the first day and probably not after. It'd need to get raving reviews from people I trust and have a decent demo for me to be interested.

No more preorders for me, I think. I might try it eventually, if the general consensus is that it doesn't suck. I like DA1 buy given the way 2 turned out I'm not super excited.

My opinion of it isn't really related to ME3, beyond deciding not to waste money on another CE.

This. the  DA team learned from their mistakes(or so it seems, but we'll see how it goes) from DA2, and I hope they will great, just not buying on day one.

The topic of this post is nonsensical, the same team who creates the mass effect games does not work on the dragon age games as it is, whether or not you hate ME 3's ending or how you feel about the ME team, they are not the DA team.

If you replay on PC: there are tons of great mods for DAO.

I probably wasn't going to buy DA3 because of how awful DA2 is, and how Bioware kept saying that they are going to keep many of the elements from DA2. However, as things stand now with mandatory Origin client and the terrible endings of ME3, there is no way that i will ever buy DA3.

Its really an impossible question to answer right now... I loved DA:O. On the lead up to the game we'll see previews and story snippets and if it involves playing my warden again it'll be a day one purchase for me, maybe even a pre-order for the collectors edition... Im not one of those people that are gonna swear off bioware just cause DA:II was a complete failure both in story and enviroments and ME:3's ending was less than stellar.

The overall story of Dragon Age is something i am very much interested in. If there is no mension of the warden however and the story is taking place in yet another dull city filled with the same spawning enemies and every basement, dungeon looking the same.. Well guess theres always room on facebook for a Retake Dragon Age Movement... lol

No, I never really cared about Dragon Age as a series, I much prefered Mass Effect, I only bought Dragon Age 1 and 2 to support Bioware, but I don't see much point in it now.

1) ME and DA are developed by different teams. So if one team publishes a game that wasn't to my satisfaction, the games that a different team releases does not get prejudiced. (Or something like that... Didn't know how to say this one.)
2) While I'm not a huge fan of DA2, the DLC's Legacy and MoTA were quite good in my opinion. They are apparently listening, so DA3 might become a pre-order again.

I'll definitely buy it. The number of quality games from Bioware over the years has granted them more leniency from me as a consumer than most companies. I don't "hate" ME3 OR DA2 (I haven't played TOR), but I think they are subpar compared to a "normal" Bioware game. But, if the next couple of games are still of a lower quality to my tastes, then the caution will kick in.
