edit: I wanted to add that this prize has to do with EA's awful business practices and not with the talented people at Bioware.

Really people?
One company directly contributed to tanking the US economy, and then got your tax dollars as a bail-out.
The other **** out DLC for video games.
If you voted for EA on this you are no longer entitled to have an opinion on anything.

Anyone that thinks this happened JUST because of ME3 obviously doesn't play very many games or keep up even slightly with the industry. EA is the BIGGEST culprit of stripping things out of games and then forcing us to pay. Tiger Woods 12 ring a bell to anyone?
I like how they're all "And besides we have gay characters we're so awesome and tolerant please love us lololol"SimonM72 wrote...

lol if someone is stupid to buy a sport game clearly he deserve what he got. I've bought most of EA main release (other than Sport games) and they were decent to good. Activision has a way worse line up than anything EA could ever dream to achieve.

To everyone saying BOA is clearly worse.... Realize a lot of what happens is a result of poor management combined with mistakes in a system that is really too big to manage properly. (Too big to fail should mean that it's too big to exist)
Compared to EA whos shenanigans are done intentionally to screw people over. Really that is why EA is worse. Everything they do to ****** people off is done intentionally to do just that. BOA is more of unintentional or poorly calculated decisions.

Granted, Bank of America has destroyed companies and people's lives and continually been a thorn in the recovery of the world's overall economic systems.
That said, I love the fact that EA won the award, it's about time that the consumers stepped up against corporations that aim to line their pockets with our hard earned money and not deliver what they promise or worse believe they can deliver what they want and that it has to be accepted.
In a nutshell, BioWare is living on borrowed time.CROAT_56 wrote...

As soon as the stock market prices turn negative, EA will take notice.
As soon as the wallet gets hit, everyone notices. DON'T **** with your customers.
BioWare wasn't purchased, the holding company that had BW and Pandemic was bought out from under themDenethar wrote...
Can't help but think of Ray's blog entry where he pretty much said "Please stop being mean to Bioware.", He knew the minute they sold themselves to EA that the company they had created would be destroyed, not sure why he acts like he cares about anything else than money.
