Hey don't blame it on us. We're just a "small vocal minority"!
You are a small vocal minority, you're assuming that everyone who voted only played Mass Effect 3 when EA publishes countless games.

So basically they only took votes from re-takers.

Really people?
One company directly contributed to tanking the US economy, and then got your tax dollars as a bail-out.
The other **** out DLC for video games.
If you voted for EA on this you are no longer entitled to have an opinion on anything.

This is pretty cool...
That said, EA is small-potatoes evil compared to Bank of America. Bank of America is like the first man off the bench for the Dream Team of evil. EA is more like the Shane Battier of evil, a solid player sure, but you don't put him up there with the greats.

1) EA is not the worst company in America, 2) they ARE the worst video game company in America, 3) their response that they don't believe they're wrong and that 300 people just love and adore them is both insanely arrogant, it's hilariously wrong.
For a fan poll, it didn't matter; EA DID destroy a few lives (I work in the industry... I know plenty of people EA's business practices ruined their studios and sent them to the bread line), but not worse than Bank of America.
For the silver lining, EA won... congrats. Now get your head out of your rear and start making improvements.
Seriously, right or wrong, if 250,000 people just voted you the WORST company in America, you are NOT doing things right.
This is partly true, many people and i know 1 at least lost their home because they bought it, but couln't really afford it. It is common in North America to buy things you can't afford, you see it all the time with people buying electronics, cars, houses, vacations etc. Just look at how many college students are in debt because they misuse credit cards.STEEEEVE wrote...
You guys need to stop hating on BofA. I invested 10k in BofA when their stock was circling the drain and more than doubled my money when I sold a few weeks ago. AFAIC that's worth a lot more than some faceless people losing their homes that they couldn't afford in the first place. EA is the real monster here, they've made people's lives worse AND never made me any money.

As a game company, without a doubt, Activision is a close second, but EA take the biscuit when it comes to rushing games and changing them as they see fit. And that post by salty waffles is bang on, thank God they didn't get their hands on Take-Two a few years back, we'd be having yearly additions of GTA, Red Dead, LA Noire etc etc.
