Hi all,

We granted the Victory and Commendations Packs from Operation Raptor last night (Apr 3) but this morning (Apr 4) it was identified that many people were using an exploit to get multiple packs. In order to stop the problem we had to suspend the granting of packs immediately. We are currently working on a fix for this issue. We will restart the granting of packs once this issue has been fixed.

Hi all,

Wanted to give an update about the fix for the exploit. We have a fix for the issue but it needs lots of testing. We will grant the Commendation Pack for Operation Raptor next week after the fix goes live.

Hi all,

Commendation Pack from Operation Raptor was granted this morning. Now we will investigate and act on all users that took advantage of the exploit (got more than 4 packs using the exploit).
