Got a BW in a normal spectre pack just before the promotion... guess it depleted my reserve of luck for the week...
PS:That weapon's amazing. Also, got it after the spectre pack purchase crashed... i resetart the game adn... "oh, a BW".

I have come to expect at least 1 char card per pack. Out of around 15 of these packs I have gotten a Scorpion, just got a Carnifex, and the rest has been characters (mostly) / Claymore / geth guns. I guess the bright side is i can only get 3 more geth rifles and 4 more shotguns.

I have opened about 5 of these, only 1 of them had two character cards, you win some you lose some. Just be happy if you already have all your gold weapons to X and almost or all of the N7 weapons, most of us are still trying to even get all the Gold Weapons, hell I still haven't unlocked the Krogan Sentinel. And I've bought god knows how many Specter packs.

If the chance of getting an ultra rare is only 2%, and the premium pack raises it to 3%, you've still raised your chances significantly. That means only needing 33-34 boxes per N7 on average instead of 50.

I don't know what the chances are overall, and I don't think anybody else does either. We all know they're low though. "Increased chance" is relative. It doesn't mean they're tacking an extra 10% on. They're rare, and they're always going to be rare, at least until they do a week where we can buy a box that gives a guaranteed N7 for 2,000,000 credits. If you expect them to be popping out of every third or fourth box, then you're crazy.

Opened another 2 last night. Got a Falcon in the 1st. Opened up the second, and got Hornet IX and another Falcon to bring it to VII. Ugh.

Got the saber on my first pack, love to use that gun on silver. managed to get my GPS from V to X and my GST up to IX. Got only two character cards so far.

That would be more inefficient, though.  If your base chance is 2%, and the premium pack raises it to 3%, you'd be better off buying Spectre packs.  You're paying 30,000 credits with a Spectre pack per 1% chance and 33,000 credits per 1% chance in the premium Spectre pack.

I suspect that the two rare slots in the premium pack have equivalent chances (however low it may be) and that the premium pack is therefore more efficient for N7 hunters.

Hmm first pack was Graal and claymore upgrade, 2nd one quarian engineer and widow.
3rd one was another widow and some other thing.
4th pack was turian sentinel Scorpion and another thing I don't remember.

5 Packs. Last Pack had a silver character that already had all options unlocked as well and is at 20.
A gold character also, maxed and at 20.
A gold character who 'only' had two options unlock and is at 20.
A +5 medi gel and a silver AR Barrel +1.

I REALLY hate getting character cards when I have unlock all of the options and I'm at 20. It's a waste. That 99k spectre pack was a less usefull than a silver pack at 20.

Please fix how character are given out. At the very least 1 per pack max.

Iv only bought two premiums spec packs so far, yesterday I got a drell adept and arc pistol, gag me.
Today I got a power reset card, a drell vanguard and a Wraith shotgun, it dosnt seem too bad and is only like 25% weaker then the claymore while having two shots instead of one, but still prefer the claymore at the moment.

my second had a Javelin...
I dun like the Javelin...XD it's an awesome weapon but it's not for me
