 I promoted the engineer class on Friday. Leveled it up to 12 on sunday before i wanted to make a different build for the
female option on the class. She still has all her points spent from before, and did not get reset when i promoted the class.

Now it says she has -70 points.

Bump.. i opened a ticket via Origin and was told this was the only place to get support. Now i see my inquiry ignored.

Er what happens when you level? Goes to -60 something?

I've just had the same thing happen - I believe this is a known bug and it's not fixed in the next patch either.

From the research I done on BSN forums it looks like the only 'fix' is too get a new character from the same class up to lvl 20, then promote that one and prey it does not happen again.

Or
Use a rare 'reset stats' card you can get from the multiplayer packs.
