Well as far as I'm concerned, it's starting to get uber boring... I mean what the heck, all I get to read all day long is stupid comment spam about absurd events aiming to mock the sh*t out of BioWare, and the originator needs to collect money for it.

Donations here, charity there... you know, at one point it's enough. Everyone got it already, god damnit. Retake movement has had its good intentions, but in their drive to still keep acting like that they're starting to scare off people.

I'm one of those. I still demand a better ending and stuff, and I am holding the line, mind you! But I'm effing sick of such retarded PR b*tching.

Tazz, you've been warned to stop posting in a confrontational fashion before. Only warning.

As much as I disliked ME3s ending, I think I dislike what this "Retake ME3" movement has become even more.

and thats why the movement will fail because they will continue there ranting regardless what is given to them

i have stated this multiple times and yet im called a troll

its like seriously ( not refering to you) but damn people grow up

I will bite, it is fun to mess with you.
Yet you continue to troll, i know for fact that you have been warned by mods at least twice for trolling and bickering.
And yet a mature person such as you continues to troll and stuff.

thats funny last i checked giving an opinion on something isnt trolling

if you want real trolling feel free to check other forums i have posted on

and i also find it funny that your throwing around what the mods have been doing regarding my comments when its people like you who basicly insult them every chance you get

am i mad? nope because the mods are doing there job and if they think im trolling thats there opinion and i dont argue with them about it

anyway..not ME related,doesnt belong here.

I love how often this reasoning is coming up.

"Spam"
"Not ME3 related"

Translation:

"Please go away and stop complaining."

Or, simply follow the rules of the forum. We aren't locking threads based on whether they're positive or negative, we're locking them based on whether or not they follow our rules - and whether they actually attempt a discussion.

This thread attempts discussion so it's being left open. Single line threads that put forward nothing to talk about are being locked.

Sorry. Not going to bite and give you an excuse to lock this thread.

I've seen threads locked that had discusion that was specifically ME3 related but were negative particularly around the Consumerist award. But that's fine. Your forum, your perogative.

Agreed, back on focus of Mass Effect 3, what Bioware will say at PAX and your opinions on Retakes involvement.

EA/BioWare could make this all go away too. Create a logical ending keeping to the ME theme where choices matter. Give the customers want they want. Simple.

I really wish BSN would incorporate volunteer mods like many other websites do.

The community improves ten fold, and you don't have the same people hijacking the threads just like the same 3 people always hijack one of these threads and try to derail. It is always the same... people.

The trolls bashing the charities disgust me. Regardless of your opinion towards the ending then you cannot seriously think that a charity is a bad thing.

Anyway. Good thing for the Retake-guys to make another charity. :)

he also says that a lot of retakers will be at PAX. I wonder what they will do, or if they actually do anything... they'll probably do something.

What has it become?

its become what the retakers hate the mention of...entitlement.

"Entitlement
Definition:

Entitlement
- Entitlement or a 'Sense of Entitlement' is an unrealistic, unmerited
or inappropriate expectation of favorable living conditions and
favorable treatment at the hands of others."

boiled down the retakers are simply crying out "I want blah blah"

and retakers get awfully angry when anybody points out that thier "demands" are unreasonable when it comes to a video game ending.

To the comments about how poor a decision it is to create charity drives related to Retake, please read carefully what was written. The Retake folks agree. The move here is to start a charity group that can be decoupled from Retake but still do some good via gamers. There's little, if any, PR to be had in that and the aim is noble. Please consider carefully before speaking so harshly against it.

For PAX, I'm just hoping all of my comrades in arms can keep it calm, civil, and specific to the topics at hand. I'm hoping BioWare has a solid answer for us about what's being done, but if they don't, I hope people only ask when they'll get that answer and then let it stop there. The worst thing that could happen for the Retake group is for some angry people to publicly derail the entire panel or the like.

We're all friends here I say. We may disagree about some big things, but I disagree about some huge things with my closest friends on a regular basis. We can still support each others' right to their opinion without being aggressive or attacking them for having thoughts they want to express.
