I promoted 3 classes the last weekend (during operation: raptor). The other day, I choose the adept class from level 1 and all was correct. Today I choose the vangard class (one of the classes I promoted), and was on level 1, but I still had the lvl 20 character (all the powers were there). Then I realized that I hadn't recreated the character (it had the same name and aparience than before been promoted). It also happend with the engineer class (the 3rd class I promoted, along adept and vangard).

There is any way to reset the characters?

And the skillpoints are in a negative state, and you cant do anything about them until you level up all the way to lv 20, and then promote again, so you can reset the character and reassign them points.
This bug existed in the beta, and this bug is still very much active.
And with a new weekend event aproaching, this bug is still up and running.
I would apreciate if there is some news about this, as im sure im not the only one with this problem.
