I pre-orded mass effect 3 from a retailer that promised the N7 Defender armour, N7 Valkyrie and the M-55 Argus.
It has been roughly three weeks since Mass effect 3's release and still nothing, there was nothing in the box, it didn't come with the online pass, there has been no e-mail.

did you have a code on your receipt, if not get a hold of the retailer and find out.

yes but EA will just direct you to these forums or the company that you purchased the game from no real help with them.

i have the same problem with blockbuster uk i preordered and purchased there and still havent recieved my code im going into the store today to see if they have finally received the panflets with the codes on..

sorry man i think its invalid after 24 hours thats what it said on my reciept when i got the Collectors edition from gamestop at the midnight release sorry or i could be wrong

i pre ordered from play.com and i still havent recieved my codes, they wont even reply when i ask them were the codes are

Gamestop depends on how you bought it. If you did it online, then you'd get the code e-mailed. If you did it in the store, the codes would be on the receipt.

Contact them and complain. Just lets hope they are more use to you then they was to me

Crap. I just realised, I  ordered it online, that means I didn't get a receipt and I  know I didn't get an E-mail.

Dig through your spam folder maybe?
