Anyway, as these stories usually go, I dominated the match, outscoring everyone by a large margin, seeing off most of the objectives myself and getting the gold revives medal. But the funniest part was yet to come;
Back in the lobby, I heard the sound of gear being changed while waiting for everyone to ready up. The two who had spent the majority of the last match mocking my choice in weapon had switched to Claymores.
Jovially, I said "Ha, looks like I've made a couple of converts!". Two kick signs appeared under my name.
The third guy wouldn't kick, though. After a few moments of waiting, I heard "Ah f*** this then man" and they left the lobby.

Also, same map, different game, I died right when i turned a corner from a turret. And everyone came to revive me, dieng one by one. You would think that at least the last guy would be all, "hold on, somethings odd about that corner with the stack of dead aliens."

The weird moment where I glithced/lagged out horribly and I was flying through the air...
...it's a pretty Skybox on some of the maps
Same thing happened to me.
At first I was jumping constantly around the map and then all of a sudden I winded up going up, Stayed there for the rest of the match.
And it was in the first 5 waves, so I just made myself a sandwich

Learning new classes can always be entertaining on the different ways you can die. Such as getting used to a Melee Asari Vangaurd who could Biotic Charge + Heavy Melee kill Brutes and Ravagers by herself, then move on to another class with that same feeling of "Invulnerability" and start charging large groups of Cerberus, turrets, or whatever with a level 5 Asari Adept armed with just a pistol.
Pressing the wrong power can lead to comedic amusement. Instead of Stasis on that group, I hit Biotic Charge, and find myself surrounded by big bad guys, and dead in short order, with nearest ally on the other side of the map. It's always nice when the do successfully revive me though.
Making a Bronze Hero Soldier Cannon with just a pistol, never fires a bullet, but spams concussive shot the whole game and ends up as the highest score with few medals.
Anytime I Sabotage a Geth Pyro surrounded by other Geth, I feel a sense of satisfaction and humor in watching them burn eachother.
Last night, I was leveling/learning a new character, and ended up getting killed by a Phantom or something at Wave 6. Some RL stuff happened so I was a bit busy and watched the rest of the team eventually finish the wave. I was then one handed and found a spot I could camp and shoot anything that got close. Despite being out for 2 of the heavy later rounds, I stayed at the top score the whole time, with a descent lead above 2nd. During that time, I did kill a phantom 1 handed, that was fun.

Watching him fumble his way through the wave and get pinned down between a cluster of mobs and two turrets was priceless.
Needless to say, we lost; lulz were still had.

Mine was on firebase reactor, gold difficulty against Cerberus. When the first wave begins, a teammate screams "BANSHEE!". What? Banshee? We're playing Cerberus so I think it's an audio bug. And then, sh%t got real!
Imagine you start your first wave against Cerberus but every trooper get replaced by an Atlas. And in middle of that... a banshee.
I think I managed to fire one rocket before dying of laughter and ownage.
that's cool

Another time I was about to heavy melee a nemesis with my Infiltrator, when she was hit and killed by a throw, so the melee's autoaim made me surf across half the room to hit a corpse.

We helped him down.
Another time on reactor, a pair of cerberus troopers froze in mid-jetpack descent, one on top of the other. Took us a while to find them...we searched the whole map...

All four of us, standing in a circle, wailing every weapon and power we had for a good 3-4 minutes at the Nemesis who was glitch-stuck in mid air in a jumping down pose. Alive, immobile, unable to fire, but almost completely invulnerable.
Took a ton of AoE attacks to finally whittle her health down to zero and finally end the wave!

Had the same thing happen with a nemesis who got stuck inside a box on Dagger. And then, on wave 9 of a gold run, we had a power surge and I disconnected. FUUUUUUUUUGoaliebot wrote...

Also i dont know if any one else has run into this, but geth on fire base white on gold seem to be huddling and waiting for players half way through a match. Round 6 a friend of mine goes out to search for the possible last 2 enemies . 2 min later we all hear "Oh ShT!" followed by the sound that only a prime makes/rockets and see him running back to us with at least 3 primes, 5 pyros and a few rocket troopers on his tail. Much laughter was had

Last minute "save the mission!" medi-gel ... only to immediately be stabbed by a Phantom or grabbed by a Banshee.
