You commit GENOCIDE of all organic and synthetic beings by completely wiping their physical identity. Additionally, you reprogram their mind so they will NEVER engage in conflicts of any kind. Also, no more EVOLUTION, EVER, because otherwise new civilizations might rise up and create organic-synthetic conflicts.

3. Blue:

You take over the Reapers and become interstellar Hitler, continuing the cycle in some indeterminate future.

Which has nothing to do with equating Hudson with one of the worst villains in human history. There's a line that's being crossed here, and I wouldn't object to this thread being closed and some bans being handed out because of it. This is not cool.

An expansion would be nice. Something short is more likely, but I'll take whatever erases the starchild from the plot of the game. Hell, I'd take an ME4 with Shepard as the protagonist two years from now if they would at least make the announcement. It wouldn't be the first time a company wnet back on its comments about a trilogy or applogized for crap work.

Pretty sure most movies or games out there where the population of Earth or some race has been destroyed escape the problem of the writers being called genocidal maniacs.

Hudson and Walters had Shepard destroy most of the galaxy's population. That logic would make Shepard the villain, not the writers. If you want to string them up for destroying lives, you may as well target every game, film and novel writer out there that has done that.

Or hey, string the creators of Silent Hill 2 on a murder charge for writing up a protagonist who suffocated his wife with a pillow. Clearly Team Silent harbored secret desires to murder sick women in their sleep.
