FYI... I had a bug crop up with the Kai Leng fight (the final one, not the Thessia one) where he somehow got stuck in scenery. He couldn't attack me, I couldn't attack him, but the mission couldn't proceed and I had to go back to my saved game and re-fight it. Second time, he died properly. Would be happy to supply any add'l details, but not sure there's much to add.
