Whose decision was it not to have an optional or required HDD install for this game, when Origins, DA2, and ME2 all had sizable mandatory installs that kept my Blu-Ray Drive from constantly spinning, and what was the reasoning behind that decision?
I will accept silence as an answer, and that answer would be "It was a corporate/executive decision that we can't talk about."

The weirdest thing of all is that the demo was essentially the entire game engine - it was the equivalent of the install for DA2, ME2, etc.
I wish I could mail my physical copy to EA and then download it for free. I would have never bought the disc version if I knew it wouldn't have an install.

I wish I could get a refund for purchasing a buggy broken version of the game (PS3) that's not even being supported like 360 and PC are for community events from a company who is somehow unable/unwilling to be upfront with its customers regarding reasons for all the current issues with the game.

why should Bioware bother answering to you
Because I'm asking a very simple question. Because BioWare used to be a company that interacted with its fans. Because they still do interact with their fans that own a 360.

As do I. That's $80, wasted, sitting on a shelf...and the last money Bioware will see from me. <_<
