The issue with the human-elf baby is that it is always human. There is no trace of an elven mother. This was shown at the end of the Calling novel...
Hope this helps.

Nothing is wrong with the baby of an elf and a human, it's just that the baby will always be born human. There are no half elves in Ferelden.

Nothing is wrong with a human and an elf's child, it's just that they are always born human. There are no half elves, and this is why elves that marry or mate with a human are considered traitors to their kind because their progeny can never be elves.

Also apparently there are no half breeds in this world. A child between a human and elf comes out human.

If you harden him during his personal quest, he will keep you as a mistress if he becomes king.
Or you can make Anora queen and you and Alistair can ride off into the sunset.
But as anything other then a human noble (not even a human mage) you cannot be queen. If you don't harden Alistair, and you make him king, he will dump you.

What's the problem ? In a pevious game made by Bioware, so in Baldur gate 2 girls character can get pregnat and even could give birth in your playthrough
I must have missed that part?
Alistair isn't really the responsible father type, and what about your duty to the Grey Wardens?

Dunno, all i know is that he wished to have a family.
Ferelden has Anora.
By the why I was talking about girls characters that male PC can romance.

What are you talking about? I can't think of any game character that would make a better father than Alistair. He is responsible and caring and he likes to play with dolls.

I thought he was a closet homosexual. Anora thinks so.

Why would that make him a worse father?

Hmm you make a good point.
But for my tastes and impossible-to-live-up-to standards, he can keep dreaming.
