Pretty bad when a LEADING Voice Actress doesn't even like the ending
Did you even READ the article?
Nowhere does she say she did not like it.
Criminy, people.

Yes I read the article and before you start ripping my statement to pieces I picked up on the hint that she expressed a level of distaste towards it
She prefers to be "in denial" that to me does not sound like she fully enjoyed it

But it is a massive shame for everyone involved if Mass Effect goes out like this. Seriously.

So true sir so true. More are going to remember the series because of the tremendous flop of the supposed "ending" then the pure gold the rest of the series was and still is.
I found great enjoyment in listening to the voice cast evolve from ME1 to ME3. They had a good formula in the first game the second built upon that and by ME3 the characters were voiced so well it felt like they were real people sitting in the room next to me rather then on the television.
I too do not wish to see this series go down like the Hindenberg so heres to hoping PAX will deliver us some much needed good news.

So encouraging to see that people are willing to twist what the VAs say to fit their views.
Jennifer Hale did not say she is in denial about the ending.
She said she was in denial over the "Mass Effect adventure being over."
Nothing to do with the ending.
Not exactly, if you read the article she clearly criticizes the ending and praises the retake movement.

Edit: Incidentally, Hale is the major reason I always play Femshep. Love her Shepard voice.

As are you. And everything that said how she was disappointed in the endings were not quotes, but everything else was. In fact, most of the anti-ending connotations were directly from the individual writing the article, not Hale.
I'm glad she supports what the fans are doing though.
She's not going to flat out criticise her employer (former or otherwise), just subtle hints. And yes, she's supporting the retake fans.MrFob wrote...
Yeah, is there a link to the actual interview somewhere? I couldn't find any.

You tell me not to jump to conclusions and then base that she is in denial about the ending on "subtle hints"? Seriously, read what you write before typing. The fact is your title misrepresents what Hale says in the article and slants it to what you want it to say.

No, this is the title of the article. Nowhere did I claim it was specifically about the ending to ME3 or the ending of the series as a whole. That was you jumping to conclusions.
And she did mention changing the endings.

You "picked up on the hint."
So in other words, you have no proof of your statement and you just FEEL that's what she was saying.
Please show me your proof.

Loved working in the series and is impressed with the reaction of the fans.
That's all that pointed out. Even the whole I have not been contacted by BioWare statement can be taken with a grain of salt.
She simply does not need to acknowledge or deny she is doing such work. Common business practice. Don't state anything until something official comes out.

This is pretty misleading. She's disappointed that Mass Effect ended, not specifically about the actual ending. Obviously spun a bit to make the interview more interesting than it actually was. She gave no opinion on the game or the ending itself. From the article: "Hale revealed that she was disappointed by the
ending, impressed by the reactions from fans, and hopeful-- though not
necessarily optimistic--that Bioware and EA will ever release a new
ending."
But still a nice read.

Plenty of movie/tv actors/actresses don't watch their own work either.
