Turn on our computer's microphone and then casually mention (as if to someone else in the room) that you have a couple hundred dollars and aren't sure were to spend it. Someone from EA will contact you within minutes.
Or you could try the EA support page at http://customersuppo...ginapp/login.do

I tried EA support once. Bout a year and half ago. It is a pretty simple problem they need to fix about my account. Not only have they never fixed it. I have never heard back from them. Not once. I have heard legends, that if you actually find some way to confront them directly, on phone or personally, you get to speak to someone who doesn't seem to have any education about anything at all in the world, and who will always suggest you check if the cable is plugged in, regardless of the problem. And that is supposed to be all.
But hey, what do I know? I'ts not like I have ever been in contact with them.

This was a long-dead thread that should not have been disturbed.
You are in the DAO forum with that question of yours, which has no relation at all to the OP subject, and no reason to try to connect it to DAO.
