 Tali and Garrus.  

They've been with me longer than most.  They've believed in me when nobody else did.

I'm an adept, so we actually make a very well balanced team, to the point that across three games I've almost never deviated from this set up, except where the plot demanded it.

Plus, storywise, by the end of the game, Shepard, Tali, and Garrus kind of have this Aragorn/Legolas/Gimli thing going on.

This is what I would pick too, especially because in ME1 my vanguard Shep would have died about 3x as much if Wrex hadn't been there xD

BUT, in this case, Tali doesn't fully trust Legion yet, and is it's ally only out of necessity. Oh the conversations.
