I know there are many posts like this but they all seem to have random bashing strewn about the topic, so i created this to HOPE that we can post no Bashing in this and only bugs and over time i will compile the bugs to a single list
How i would like them to be be posted:
Digital or Disk:(Explains itself)
Type of Bug:(Ex: Single Player, Online, Main Menu, etc...)
Wave bug happened:(Online only)
What variant of online being played:(Online Only)
Players in Match:(Online Only)
Description of Bug/Glitch:(What happens during the glitch, how did it happen, and does it happen repeatedly)
If it happens repeatedly is it in the exact same spot in game:

Bioware deserves the bashing. They haven't released a patch since what day one? You expect better customer service than just being ignored. Disc glitch can't buy any packs happens continually.

In Single Player, I'm on Mars in beginning of game, when Shepard & co. are about to attack the Cerberus soldiers on the tram. Shepard is frozen in place. I can turn her left or right, but she won't move fram that spot. I've tried loading at an earlier spot, and deleting the game and starting over, but this keeps occurring.f

I've been experiencing a lot of glitches since I bought the game, it would take too long to write them all down in the format you want but here they are:
Singleplayer:
-We all know of the framerate problem, but it seems to get worse after you play a few hours of Multiplayer, from what I've seen.
-Cutscene and conversation animation glitches. I haven't seen anyone else complain about these, they're more hilarious than anything else but it does take away from the moment.
-Another thing I don't see many people complain about is how terrible the graphics are in some parts of the game. The reapers and the shroud's lighting are pixelated messes, and when you're talking to Hackett or Anderson the background is a blurred mess (sorry at the lack of explanation, not sure how to put it into the right words). I doubt Bioware could fix this, but it annoys me.
Multiplayer:
-When you first load multiplayer it lags for about 20-30 seconds, I heard they fixed it in the patch, but it hasn't for me.
-Everyone knows of the Vanguard glitch where you fall through the floor or hover in the sky, making it unplayable.
-Occasional unplayable lag, I'm not sure how it happens as its only happened to me twice.
-Server disconnections and game disconnections happen frequently, even before I enter a game and up to the last wave. I know a lot of people complain about this, but for me it happens almost EVERY match (using Wireless might be a factor). If anyone knows how this could be resolved I'd be pleased, as no-one seems to offer any advice as of yet.
-This goes with the above, when you disconnect you lose all credits and exp (which I'm sure everyone knows). Disconnecting wouldn't be as much of a problem if they fixed this, I'm tired of getting to wave 7-10 on Gold and disconnecting and wasting my time.
-Sometimes when I purchase a pack my credits and exp from the previous match are lost, I resolved it both times by turning the PS3 off and on and then loading Multiplayer back up (not sure if it'll always work).
I can't think of anymore at the moment, but there are many (not all as serious).
