He likely means are there achievements specifically for Warden's Keep quest (as in Xbox achievements or Steam achievements).
From the Steam store page of the DDE:
"New items and abilities - talents and spells from the Power of Blood school, --->unique achievements<----, and powerful items including a set of Grey Warden Commander armor "

Yeah, both Warden's Keep and Stone Prisoner come with two new achievements on top of the main campaign's list
