Nice, but not perfect. Especially in terms of writer's art.

I assume you enjoy BioWare's writing better.

Don't be so rude, in terms of text literature quality(expressions, the beauty of style) - BW better, when Siduri work is more satisfying as clean idea, that need to be little much polished and slightly rewrited in professional way.
Even I with my poor English may see the difference here, why then native speakers so selflessly defend it.

But nobody ever said that this individual's efforts were perfect. By needlessly pointing out that they aren't, you're the one being rude, not Cogneter. Your English is fine, by the way, don't worry about that.

Sorry about that, if it seems like I'm want to be rude, just too many blindly admiring comments, wouldn't want that the author decided that work shouldn't deserve to continue.

Very nice! OP, you have some great stuff in here. I can't help but appreciate the intention of this work and the obvious thought put into it. Nice to see the real heart of the series (the characters) acknowledged here.

No problem at all, I understand completely. I'm sure the author feels the same way and hopefully the work in progress will continue developing. Keep up the good work with your EnglishImage IPB

Wow, that was unexpectedly enjoyable. Also somewhat similar to my own theories on the endings, which goes to show that there IS potential for a metanarrative solution that should please most, if not all, fans if implemented properly.

Good job =)

This... was pretty awesome actually. I am impressed. It managed to do what bioware should've done; give hope and closure.

This pretty much proves what wonders Bioware can do with the Extended DLC.

Enjoyed it.

This is absolutely beautiful! If I end up still being dissatisfied by the Extended Cut, this is what I will be turning to to give my Shepards closure. :) Did you write/program this yourself, Siduri? If so, you deserve all the Internet cookies.

Wow, lots of comments here overnight! Thank you so much to everyone who had nice words for the site.

Cogneter -- I tried to leave the name part ambiguous as to whether it was Shepard's first or last name that the kid inherits.

Leesard -- I am actually a professional writer, in my "day job." If you point me to specific aspects of the writing that felt off to you, I'll take a second look and see if I can smooth them out. I do think that your unfamiliarity with English is perhaps hampering you a bit; there are some stylistic nuances that might not be immediately obvious. For example, the passages that are supposedly excerpted from "The Normandy: A Study in Heroism" are supposed to have a dry, academic tone. That's intentional, and part of the verisimilitude of the work. The ones that are letters or journal entries should have a more informal, chatty style.

genocidal villain -- Honestly, I sort of skimped Javik's slide because he's a DLC character rather than a main one. I underestimated the depth of Javik love out there, and if I do an expansion of the epilogues, he'll definitely get additional slides. A lot of people have been asking for that.

I did all the writing. My husband, Sam Phillips (no relationship to Elvis), wrote me a general JavaScript framework for the site; I did the HTML/CSS (I know it's kinda lousy) and I wrote the parts of the JavaScript that were easy. Basically he did the high-level design and I did the grunt work.

The creativity of the fan base and the artistic ability of writers and digital artist just never ceases to amaze me. It really does go to show that the fan base understands art, artistic continuity and the convenstions that govern art...

@Siduri:
Just saying that I absolutely LOVE Kahlee Sanders' speech after the high-EMS Synthesis ending. For whatever reason, you captured the essence of that ending as I see it perfectly.

Usually I am all for destroy, but this and even the control speech were beyond fantastic. Bioware should take notes for the EC.
