Nice job.
I am sure Bioware, with a paid team of professional writers, could have done something like this also, but how were they supposed to know that there was a demand for it.

Either they are lying through their teeth OR they've spent so much time as developers they've forgotten what it's like to be a player.

Wow, lots of comments here overnight! Thank you so much to everyone who had nice words for the site.
Cogneter -- I tried to leave the name part ambiguous as to whether it was Shepard's first or last name that the kid inherits.
Leesard -- I am actually a professional writer, in my "day job." If you point me to specific aspects of the writing that felt off to you, I'll take a second look and see if I can smooth them out. I do think that your unfamiliarity with English is perhaps hampering you a bit; there are some stylistic nuances that might not be immediately obvious. For example, the passages that are supposedly excerpted from "The Normandy: A Study in Heroism" are supposed to have a dry, academic tone. That's intentional, and part of the verisimilitude of the work. The ones that are letters or journal entries should have a more informal, chatty style.
genocidal villain -- Honestly, I sort of skimped Javik's slide because he's a DLC character rather than a main one. I underestimated the depth of Javik love out there, and if I do an expansion of the epilogues, he'll definitely get additional slides. A lot of people have been asking for that.
I think for an epilouge for Javik you should of added the choice between if he touched the Shard or not, but I would have to say that's adding more to the choices you already have. The current one makes sense if he touched the Shard because he does suffer some degree of PTSD, but I love the idea that for a person who was born into war and has known war all his life that he can experience peace in his life for once because he actually looks foward to it if he didn't touch the shard from the original game.

I agree, I've been thinking along exactly those lines.
The 2.0 version of the web form will be dynamic -- as you fill it out, it'll give you additional questions (or close off others) depending on the answers you've already given. So, for instance, if you indicate that Javik was part of your crew, it will show you a question about the shard. People who never recruited Javik won't see that question, because they don't need it.
That's basically where I'm thinking of going with this. This was a pretty big project though, and right now I'm just doing simple bug fixes rather than putting all my free time into a big new development phase.

They could have killed Shepard thousand times over and as long as I had something like this at the end, I would have been satisfied.
Agreed, just not as slides though --no offense to the OP-- but closure videos like the described in teh slides is what I too expected from BW's team.

...If the expanded endings later this summer don't quite do the trick, -this- ending will be the one I will always remember and think of.
Agreed, I've done many combos of endings at the OPs site and I think I may PDF my favorite(s) for any future playthroughs if the EEs don't work. This is the, if you will, the death of our Sheppard's though BW may branch into new games set in the ME universe (and I hope they do) the story of our Sheppard is at an end.
