I am currently playing through the game a second time and planned on shutting down before the final few scenes and using a mixture of headcanon, fan made youtube vids and a bit of fan fiction to provide an ending with closure.
But this is an amazing achievement; it does not make the in-game endings make any more sense but it gives the reader a sense of closure and satisfaction that were entirely lacking from Bioware's work. It turns an abysmal ending which leaves a bitter taste in the mouth, into a slightly disappointing one that does not detract from the rest of the experience.
Congratulations, and well done!
And a note to Bioware: please, this kind of thing should have been incorporated into the game to begin with. I am being (blindly? Perhaps...) optimistic about the DLC, but this situation should not even have come about. A few pages of text written by a loyal fan has transformed the entire experience for me, I hope an entire studio can live up to this!

I am going to keep checking back with this to see if anything new has been added, but as it stands, it's made me feel so much better. I am so glad I clicked on this link

Accounts of the Normandy survivors are unanimous in crediting Garrus Vakarian with many of the settlement's crucial early successes, including the establishment of reliable security countermeasures against the planet's numerous natural threats.
The limited availability of dextro-protein food stores was immediately understood to be a serious survival issue. Vakarian and fellow dextro-amino based crew member Tali'Zorah vas Normandy reportedly both subsisted on starvation rations from the very first days of the settlement. Vakarian insisted, however, on continuing to perform perimeter patrols, to share in the heavy building, and to supplement the crew rations by hunting—although he himself could not eat the food he provided.
Though severely malnourished at the time of rescue, Vakarian was among the first of the survivors to give interviews and release his story. FCC News partnered with Vakarian to produce both a well-received documentary (The Last Days of the Normandy) and an infotainment segment "based on the true story of Garrus Vakarian." A subsequent action-adventure spinoff aimed at children, Archangel vs. the Reapers, is entering its seventh season and has inspired a successful line of clothing, toys, and collectible action figures.
"Garrus-mania" was fueled by the news that Vakarian and Commander Shepard would be married in a private ceremony held in the "Tahiti" region of Earth. Dubbed the "wedding of the milennia," the event fueled a war-torn population's need for catharsis and hope. Shepard and Vakarian reportedly accepted an offer in excess of one million credits for the broadcasting rights to the ceremony, with the proceeds set aside to establish a foundation for war orphans.

I just love Garrus the pop culture icon. I can so see that happening.

Wait, how did both your Garrus & Shepard to live?! I used this site many times but never got to save my crew & myself. Of course, Garrus wasn't my LI (male Shep here).
I had already started a new character from ME1 and planned to play all the way to ME3's ending again, but when I got to ME3 ending the first time I was just starting Virmire and couldn't even play, BW's stock ending just killed it. This site helped restore my desire to still care to play in the ME universe but it still stings knowing how the stock ending goes.
ME3 stock from BW I think Destory as the best-of-the-worst options since "Control" is what TIM wanted and I spent two games fighting him about it and "Synthsis" was what Saren wanted and I had to kill him ME1. Both sounded like the road to indocrination but if this site's info was canon then it makes all three viable for different reasons.
Control still feels like it could end in a "Power corrupts..." sort of way and I don't want to become the Reapers but "Platform Shepard" sounds incouraging as maybe someday being able to come back in some form.

The quoted slide is from the destroy ending, with an EMS of five thousand or higher, or an EMS of four thousand or higher provided that you prevent TIM from shooting Anderson a second a time.
Right now you can't get an EMS that high without doing multiplayer, which I think is a bug (it certainly contradicts what we were told multiple times by the developers). Of course, for the epilogue slides, there's an easy workaround: you can ignore the "galactic readiness" modifier if you want, and just put your war assets score in straight. Or you can change the "galactic readiness" modifier from 50 percent to something more reasonable like 75 percent, and just do the math on your score before you plug it in.

Hmm, I thought that Garrus died from starvation before rescue on all Destroy options.
I've been making PDFs of your slides --just in case there is some DCMA action that makes you take it down-- I wanted to preseve these endings for myself and others.

We have no idea of knowing whether or not that is the case (although it seems to be an unpleasant implication) so that is one of the purposes of these slides... to show that nope! Not the case!

Actually, it does happen in the "normal" destroy branch. But he dies heroically, making sure that the rest of the Normandy crew will be able to survive until rescue. He's remembered as a hero.

Yes, I just have the one PDF for Garrus. I'll hae to make another PDF for him, plus I never considerd him as a LI. I'm saving endings as PDFs for future reference as I consider your endings my "Canon" and if the DLC is not satisfactory. Since it hasn't been shut down yet I'm hoping that BW/EA will let you keep it up.
If it's easy, can you publish the endings as a file that we could download?
You're endings got me to restart my new ME1-to-ME3 Shepard, I had shelved it after the offical ending. So thank you again for you work.

meh, just like how an actual epilogue would feel, i dont want to read text on a screen for an ending, i want to see and hear my ending. this was alright but nothing i'd support
This is fantastic for fan-created, it takes the (censored) ending options and gives them some sense of what becomes of our team mates and the galaxy as a whole at least for the short-term. It also can show that the endings can be redeemed --at least somewhat-- from the current non
I wanted to "hear" and "see" it too, but that is for BW to do yet they dropped the ball (at least thus far).

Post-Invasion, Day Three, Hour Eighteen
Message text transmitted via tightbeam communications laserAll right, let's try this thing out.All ships, this is Admiral Hackett of the Alliance Navy. Admiral Raan has assured me that the quarians have rigged a temporary communications buoy capable of boosting this signal within the Sol system. All ships, if you're hearing this, please report in.If you require assistance, signal for help. We have ships capable of flight, repeat, we have ships capable of flight. We're still piecing together what happened. The Reapers are dead in the water. We all saw the explosions. There's been no signs of activity in the debris of the Reaper fleet. We've won. We don't know how, but Shepard did it.The energy emission from the Citadel, echoed and magnified by the mass effect relays—well, it blew our fleet all to hell, I don't have to tell you that. It scattered our ships, disabled most of our engines and communications gear. But we're here. We're limping in. Alliance command is in contact with the turians, the krogans, and most other members of Sword fleet. The geth ships aren't moving or responding in any way. Anyone hears from them, report in immediately. Re-establishing communications is priority one.We have contact with bases on Earth. We have a planet full of volunteers down there, plus access to strategic resource stores. We're not sure yet what we're going to do with the Citadel and mass effect relay so badly damaged. We're salavaging what we can. Obviously, one of our top priorities is bolstering our dextro-protein food stores, since we don't know how long it will be before we get resupplied. We've got teams studying the feasibility of shipboard dextro-amino hydroculture. We'll know more when we've taken a full inventory. But we're going to make it, people. We're going to pull through. We'll survive, we'll overcome, and we'll rebuild.Hackett out.
Post-Crucible, Day 41
Memorial speech delivered by Provisional Councilor Kahlee Sanders, at the ruins of St. Paul's Cathedral, LondonOn behalf of the Provisional Citadel Council, and all member races, I have the honor of addressing you today. We come together in both grief and triumph, to honor the lives of so many brave individuals of every species, who fought to their last breath against the Reapers so that we might stand here together. On this occasion, as we honor their sacrifices, I would also like to announce that the Provisional Council has unanimously voted to award Commander Fiannawolf Shepard the unique title of Last Defender for his service in the Reaper Wars. This is a title that has never before been granted—and, we devoutly pray, never will be again.Although Commander Shepard's condition reportedly remains critical, and he cannot be here with us today, we nontheless recognize that it was his unwavering devotion to duty that has allowed this day to dawn. Though we grieve for all we have lost, we also look forward in hope.We stand here, victorious, on the battlefields of Earth. And above us, there are those standing on a multitude of allied fleets who hear our words. We have done the impossible, done what so many other civilizations over the immense course of galactic history have failed to do: we have beaten the Reapers. It may take time to re-establish mass relay communications and transit, but—because we were victorious here—we have that time. We have a future. So we grieve, but we also rejoice. To so many of those who gave their lives in the fight: we thank you. To Commander Shepard, our Last Defender: we honor you. And to each and every one of us who stand together in this hour: I can imagine no greater privilege. Thank you.
