Ok, I've just bought a Sniper Rifle mod from the Cipritine Armoury kiosk and as soon as i exited it i was surrounded by two Salarians, thus making me stuck and not being able to move. The only option i have is to Reload a save, but the last save i had is 20 Minutes ago. DAMN YOU LIZARD PEOPLE!!

I don't know whether to laugh or pity you. Have you waited for one of them to move? NPC's occasionally walk about.

I reloaded my past save anyway. They didn't move! they just stood there watching me spinning round and round trying to break free.

Your lucky it was only 20 mins. The same thing happened to me once and I had to reload from about two hours ago, It was so annoying.

Same thing happened to me. Luckily i had a previous save that wasn't that old. It was kind of ridiculous.

Same here. They just appear out of nowhere after using that kiosk. Only lost ten minutes or so, but still annoying getting stuck because of magically appearing salarians.

You know those 2 Turian guards? I got in between the two so i could hear the conversation better, and a third turian walks up right in front of them and would not move. I waited 20 minutes and finally decided to reload the last save. Haha!
