I've been playing the game now for some time and completed it twice and ever since the beginning I was trying to purchase Bioware points in order to download the Warden's Keep DLC but everytime I visit the website where I'm supposed to do that there is a red box saying: "menu.item.buy.game.points is temporarily
unavailable." I even contacted support for this and all they did was say that they hope the issue has resolved itself, well, it did not! I am really starting to lose my nerves because of this even though nearly a month or so passed since i got the game, so if anyone knows anything please drop a reply or something.

P.S.
I preordered the game via the Steam platform... <_<

Also when I try to select Yugoslavia as my country in the billing adress form it keeps telling me "Country is invalid." What should I do? The support plays deaf on this one... Ugh!

my whole equipment (boot, gloves, helmet and armament) are away all at once, and though the enlargement guard fortress is bought, however, does not become gedownloadet. What should I make there ?

Sorry to hear you also have problems with this Tzaya. I'm on the same boat as well. I just wish they could make points available elsewhere (such as with Steam and wherever else DAO is being sold digitally) and later redeemed in the social site. That way we wouldn't have to deal with EA's billing system...
