I did: they told me they couldn't do anything which is absolutely ridiculous .
In short the answer was: "we take your money, don't owe you anything, thanks, bye."
This is the idiotic answer I got:

I want to inform you that it is a known issue and Bioware is working to fix it. You can prevent this from happening again by following the two steps below.
o avoiding going into the Store while 'Ready' for a multiplayer match. It's best to un-ready yourself before you go to the store.
o not accepting invites while in the store/purchasing
We cannot restore lost items at this time. This is part of what Bioware is working out, and updates to the situation can be gained from Bioware Social Network web site. Thank you for your patience.

I responded, and am serious about it, that I would make a formal legal complaint if they don't restore my points. A store has an obligation to deliver.
