I'm trying to use the free DLC. I've registered both the game and the Cerberus Network through Bioware. However, starting the game keeps giving me the message to connect to the Cerberus Network to authenticate the DLC. Anybody have a solution to this problem? I can't seem to find one on the board.

Yeah, I've had a similar thing with Cerberus Network on my Steam bought ME2, though it was just to get the DLC for me. The bad news is I ended up having to contact EA. The good news is that I used the live chat service, had someone on the line in only a few minutes, and they fixed the problem a few minutes after that. Don't known what they did, reset something or other, no idea, but from finding I had a problem to being told I should be good to go was under 20 minutes and it's worked just fine ever since.
