 I've heard a lot of people talking about making a Role Playing Thread, so I decided what the hell

You are part of an elite group of spectres united by the council to perform their bidding

You need to establish what your name and race is (TRY TO DO IT SUBTLY)

You will serve on one of 3 starships-

1) small heavily armored friatge

2) lightly armored cruiser (1 thanix cannon)

3) heavily armored Alliance Drednaught (3 thanix cannons)
(YOU MUST SERVE WITH OTHER SPECTRES ON THIS SHIP)

Your first mission is to investigate OMEGA as its signal went dark 2 weeks ago.

FIRST-----------meet up with your squadmates and/or your fellow spectres

Is this the ooc? And if so, we should wait to creat the ic thread till we got all the applicants. Also will people be assigned to captain each of the vessels? Or are they just our transports around the galaxy?

mostly transports, but they can be support. They are mostlly for recruiting.

I'm Regulus. I strip shields, burn armor, blow people away with my Phaeston, and break hearts, and that's just my off-duty hours. I come with over 15 years in the best army in the galaxy, including a bit of time in Blackwatch. If I can't yell somebody into submission, that's what the rifle is for.

Not sure how I'd feel about serving under a geth, but then it wouldn't be the craziest thing I've ever done.

Wait a second hey second is there like a group function here? also this might be easier to take it off site set up a proboard or something but if you don't want to do that why not set up groups for the separate ships for recruitment purposes and then have everyone meet here and play or on the proboard or whatever... that way you don't get those weird reply things after reply things that are hard to read after a while

So, just a few questions.
Around when is this all going to be taking place in relation to ME3? And if it's after ME3 are we assuming a non-canon ending, or the control or synthesis ending with some sort of new and improved FTL taking the place of the relays?

Otherwise I'll be able to do more posting after I get some sleep.

That leaves me with a few more questions... but it seems somewhat nitpicky and it'd be more fun to figure that stuff out in-character anyway

Adreana walked down one of the dry docks many corridors, passing all the ship merchants along the way. She stopped and walked over to a nearby Volus's kiosk, the male Volus was extremely welcoming and sympathetic to Adreana during her early days her on her pilgrimage, he offered her shelter and a job the least Adreana could do was say goodbye. She placed her hands over the bench top and leaned over looking to the shop keep as he knelt down placing several credit chits into the cash draw.

"Boo." She eagerly spoke out, her voice filter quickly barking the words out.

"Colile, such a pleasure is there anyway I can help you my friend."

"You have done more than enough." She said with a smile enveloping her face. "I have actually came to say good bye." The smile starting to dissipate and her eyes beginning to water. "With the Reaper war, the council needs every able body to serve."

"Be safe out there, we have already lost so much I don't want to lose another friend to these ... these things."

"You wont." Leaning down she bumped her helmet on to the Volus's head, she retreated down the narrow walkway quickly hitting the access door to the main elevator. The station intercom confirmed the floor as the lift stopped and the doors opened revealing the vessel in the background. Now more excited than anything she ran down the docking ramp to the airlock hatch stopping as soon as she saw what was greeting her.

"A Geth here, nobody said you were apart of this." She looked around putting her heads into the air, more startled and confused than anything. "Explain yourself." She said inquisitively. "I am Adreana Colile vas Gerardus specialist technician, mechanist and hacking expert."

Be warned, however, that most people there play 'everyday life' characters. As far as I'm aware, no one plays Spectres for example. Unless you can write really, REALLY well, I'd lay off the Superman characters.
