Nobody. I don't want to see anyone in DA3.

I genuinly think the next big disregarded group Bio should make a game about are the blind, deaf and mute people. In DA3, gameplay should be mostly textbased, with other senses such as smelling, touching and tasting playing important roles in how you shape your hero and how he (or she) experiences the world. Not only will it feature a largely disabled hero, it will also be the first BioWare game where we can truly judge our romance options not by the size of their ears but by how cute and underage they sound.

let the hero of ferelden come back, the history of DAO was epic, DA 2 was fine but i think everyone wants to play the old character of DAO and save ferelden once again or the world, the grey warden should be back and with his companions!!

Cullen. The poor guy has been stuck as an NPC for two games and been through never ending amounts of ****, I'm hoping Bioware will give him the chance to redeem himself for some of his more unsavory moments and finally let him have the opportunity for some happiness/closure... Hopefully they wont make him too broody/miserable though, I'd like it if they gave him a little bit of a sense of humour and bring back some of the stuttering cuteness when he's flustered.

... That and I totally want my pc to ravish the boy, he's all kinds of sexy!

Cullen as a party member, definitely. I also want Cassandra and Tallis. Seeing Leliana is practically a given (thankfully).

I really want to see Morrigan as well, and hopefully she will give some answers instead of cryptic Lost-esque comments.

Not multi player that's for sure anything that involves multi player usually results in SP suffering for it.

I would however like to see sten again, some people might hate him but i loved the guy expecially when he challenges you for leadership^^

I know it's probably not going to happen, but I want my warden back.

If DA 3 is centred around templars versus mages basically, I'd like to see Leliana and Morrigan duke it out.

None, really. I'm not very impressed with the da2 cameos - and I really don't want to cover the same companion territory again. But, I know I'm probably in a minority of an amount close to ONE - so I'll reply to the opposite question who I DON'T want to see.

I don't want to see former companions that players could have chosen to kill. I think that is disrespectful and sloppy - especially since BioWare is the one who gave players the choice to kill them. This goes for any Warden too.

And, I don't want to see Hawke. But I'll admit I have no good reason, just personal dislike of the character.

Bioware need to go back to basics for this next installment. I'm talking Baldurs Gate 1+2 style storytelling, now those were some seriously amazing companions that made things interesting. Not many have come close to the likes of Minsc !!

Bioware needs to learn how to write proper NPC dialogue once again. Morrigan was a very poor Viconia wannabe for example. Perhaps deviating from DnD genre has dulled their imagination.

There are plenty that I would be personally satisfied to see back, but as fara as who I think would be especially awesome in terms of story, I want to see Nathaniel and Cullen as party members, Cassandra as a major NPC and maybe a party member, Flemeth as a major NPC, and Sten as a cameo. I also want to see Morrigan return, but I really don't want her in my party. I think she's narratively important but I still kind of hate her.

Anders and Hawke. David Gaider's reply to a question about Anders' return, if he has been killed, implied that Justice still has a role to play, so if Anders hasn't been murder knifed........
Apart from that: Alistair, Varric, Flemeth, Cullen (preferably as a companion) and Cassandra.
