Leechers list - Be aware of their existence!!!!!

"I played with two leechers today, their names were CV77 and Razyel_Kain (If those aren't your IGNs play along). They were so bad the first round and then after that they just leeched! What noobs! Let's shame them!"
Even in cases where people actually are AFK you don't know why. I've gone AFK once in a game, and was gone the entire game. Wanna know why?
There was a death in the family. The state of my game was the last thing on my mind. And if I had come here to see my name on a blame and shame list made by some petty, immature children? I would have cracked some heads.
So seriously, make an effort to grow up. I've seen people leave for everything from business calls to tending to their children. I would confidently say the number of actual leechers who go AFK is the vast minority of AFKers.

Here's an example of why this thread is a bad idea.

Oh c'mon. I barely find the strength to reply to this. And YOU are telling US to grow up? OMG.
Repeat - shaming leachers you go to heaven. Shaming players because you think they play bad you go to devil. Joining a game and then saying in the mic "I play however I like and you deal with it" is not AFK because of a death in family. Sheesh.

I repeat, grow up. Even having an intentional leecher in your lobby is a minor nuisance at worst. This thread will bring innocent people into the mix, intentional or otherwise, if it hasn't already. Hell, even the OP claims his guy was playing, just poorly.

I think Bioware should add a blacklist function so that w just could mark players we do not want to play with...

BTW, not all low score guys are leaching. I once teamed with 3 Infiltrators in gold as an Asari Adept and I died a lot as I was the only target in the battlefield visible to the enemy and the blue girl simply has too few HP without a tank. Some newbie infiltrator kept complaining that this guy was leaching thus died, which was totally not true and he should be able to see it clearly that I tried very hard to help by stasis the cerebrus, etc, so that they can deal with the phantoms and headshot, etc. The newbie infiltrator simply didn't know how the other classes work. It was insulting when you tried very hard to do the support role for the team and some newbie kept flaming you due to lower DD than them.
Well, nowadays I am often among the highest DD due to black box weapon, etc, but insult in game due to ignorance is probably the worst that can happen in a MP game. It's easy to get rid of the leechers in the next round anyway. Just kick them if you don't like them.

I thought this was just a sort of warning system for the devs but apparently it actually led into a quest where you played as a vigilante and warped into trouble makers games and took them out. (At least there was a quest that seemed that way.....)
In conclusion, no public naming and shaming, only pain and suffering live down that road. Instead let high level players "invade" the games of actual leechers that bioware have investigated and ****** them off whenever they do try and play,

Ingame text chat so you can inform your team (for the 90% that have no voice chat).
There should also be some rating system where people are removed if afk for too long (like in mmo's) and where you can see some average/ last games played track record (track of points, track of completed bronze, silver and gold (since some classes act as support) and track of consumable items so you can stop playing with the greedy useless kids).

You should be able to pause a game.
You do know that the other players are actual people out there, right? Any temporal-lock system in a multiplayer game is impossible to do, except for Emmett Brown maybe.

WITCH HUNTING IS ALWAYS A BAD IDEA.
Innocent people are going to be put on the list, regardless of whether or not they AFK'd intentionally...or not even AFK'd at all.

XBL has the player feedback function you can submit to say if that player is a preferred player or someone you want to avoid. Supposedly increases or decreases your chance of being matched up with that person again in a game via random matches. Not sure if there's anything similar on Origin or PSN.

Just need an update/patch to where players get kicked after a certain amount of time not moving. I get players that don't just play bad...just don't play. Sometimes comeback at like round 8+ and start playing.
Yeah that strikes me as weird. What are they thinking? Do they just wanna farm credits and the initial waves are too boring for them so they log in, go doing something else and then come back to help the team get past wave 10 and get all the creds? Then why play the game at all? Why farm the creds to buy equipment you actually don't use?
I mean I get some people have good reason to go afk but the others have a good reason to want 4 man team. So after not moving for a minute or so a guy should be kicked and the matchmaking system should replace him with someone else waiting for a game. I think leachers would be punished that way and everyone with a good reason will understand.

If you left after you said this no one would blacklist you. If you are going to go pee or get drink just say so. "Hey guys i afk gotta go use the bathroom or grab a drink be back in 2-3 minutes".
