Some fun race ideas for Multiplayer...

The races/class combinations available currently in ME3 multiplayer is incomplete in my opinion. Here are a few fun suggestions for races that should have been included in the multiplayer mode.

1) Elcor Vanguard - Slow, powerful biotic users. Imagine getting biotic slammed in the nuts by one.
Skills -    
a) Biotic Charge - Same as other Vanguards biotic charge except that it deals 10 times more damage upon impact.
B) Pull
c) Proximity Mines
d) Elcor Strategist - Weapon weight, Movement Speed bonuses, Weight Reduction of 30% to Shotguns, Sniper Rifle and ARs.
e) Last skill tree dealing mostly with health, shields and Melee

Starting health : 1000
Starting Shields : 1500
Starting Movement speed : -60% penalty, Cannot dodge or move from cover to cover.
Starting Weight Bonus : +100% (so, a Widow with a weight of 2.0 will still give the Elcor Vanguard a 100% cooldown)
Tactics : As the slowest Vanguard this side of the galaxy, you will have to rely on your Biotic Charge to get you places. And with a massive weight bonus and the ability to absorb huge amounts of damage, you will be the go to non-human sponge to hide behind of when the going gets tough.

2) Vorcha Soldier
Skills -
a) Cluster Grenades
B) Proximity Mines
c) Smoke Grenades - Consumables, provides a smoke screen to disorientate enemies. A higher rank in this skill means a longer duration, larger capacity and bigger AOE.
d) Vorcha WarMonger - Weapon Weight, Weapon damage bonuses, Weight reduction of 25% to Sidearms (SMGs and H.Pistols)

Starting health : 750
Starting shields : 250
Starting Movement speed : +20% bonus. Can dodge and move from cover to cover
Starting Weight Bonus : +5%
Tactics : Plays a bit different from a normal soldier. You will be living life on the edge as you chuck grenades, place mines and shooting stuff in the face with your guns. You should always throw a smoke grenade when your health is dangerously low to make a quick getaway.

3) Batarian Sentinel
Skills -
a) Tech Armor 
B) Sentry Turret
c) Stasis
d) Batarian Special Intervention Unit Training - Weapon weight reduction of 25% each to Heavy Pistols and ARs. etc.

Starting health : 500
Starting Shields : 500
Starting Movement speed : same as humans.
Starting weight bonus : +10%
Tactics : You are the king of CC. Place the Sentry Turret at strategic locations and then Stasis targets for your teammates. More of a support character.

4) Yahg Infiltrator
Skills -
a) Cloak
B) Combat Drone
c) Carnage
d) Yahg Pack Leader - Weapon weight reduction of 25% each to Sniper rifles and Shotguns. etc.

Starting health : 450
Starting shields : 550
Starting Movement speed : +10%
Starting weight bonus : 10%

5) Volus Engineer
Skills -
a) Sentry Turret
B) Merchant - This skill's passive ability enables you to get up to 100% more credits than the other players in the same game lobby at rank 6. This skill will also cause your character to talk non-stop, thus confusing and stunning any organic lifeform within a 5 metre radius. Geths are not affected by this power.  Base cooldown : 6 seconds. Base duration : 4 seconds.
c) Overload
d) Volus/Turian Joint Combat Training - Weapon weight reduction of 20% each to SMGs and Heavy Pistols.

Starting health : 700
Starting shields : 300
Starting movement speed : -20%
Starting weight bonus : none
