Yes there is something wrong on EA/Bioware side of things it seems. I've had the game since launch and it was working fine. Then operation raptor drops did one day of online and now its unable to authorize the DLC no matter what. Even full blown reinstall. Lets just say i'm not holding out for a fix anytime soon

I struggle with the same problem or something like that.
I've recently bought the From Ashes DLC at the place where I usually live, and it has worked fine until yesterday. Well, I'm on vacation now and work with another PC and another Origin installation, and I always get the message that From Ashes can't be authorized. No matter what I do: reinstallation of ME3, runnig the failure analysis program, looking for updates...
Is there anything else I can do?
ME3 itself would work but not with my savegames (including From Ashes content).
Thank in advance!

Finally, I've found a way to solve the problem.
It's maybe not the most elegant way, but it seems to be effective and has worked out for me.

Do it at your own risk!

# Uninstall ME3 and Origin via Windows System Control
# Delete ME3 and Origin folders
# Delete your personal ME3 folder below Libraries\\Documents\\Bioware but make sure that you copy the files to another location (especially your savegames)
# Run regedit and serach for every registry entry which includes the component "mass", and delete these entries if there are related to ME3
# Reboot the PC
# Reinstall Origin, the update procedure should run automatically
# And reinstall ME3 - as for Origin, let the automatic update procedure pass
# Now you can start ME3 without DLC authorization error
# At last, copy back your save games to the known folder

How about this:

EA removes their slimmy tentacles trojan software, and let ME3 function as it's supposed too. Stupid monkeys!

but that would not be a "victorious and uplifting experiance" (Casey Husdon) it would be if you figure it out yourself.

When in doubt, ask youself "what would microsoft support do?"

reinstall and claim all problems are due to corruption.

It's not exactly what the EA guy has adviced me and it doesn't sound like an answer of his support questionary... but I suppose that would be an alternative

My online pass is no longer working since about Wednesday/Thursday of this past week. Worked fine through Operation: Raptor and up till I last played MP on Tuesday. Tried to start it up Friday and I get a "Purchase/Redeem Online Pass" instead of Alliance News popping up. And today it says my Online Pass isn't authorized. This is getting crazy!

I suppose there is something wrong with Origin - more than usually.
Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall Origin? It should not be necessary to additionally reinstall ME3.
Or the failure is on their side - maybe you get no clearance because your database entry is broken?
However, if a reinstallation of Origin doesn't work, you need to get in touch with EA support.

I've had a broken installation since Saturday and EA support are not helping me. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both ME3 and Origin, but I get the same error message:
"Unable to authorize the listed DLC. Please log in to the Alliance Network with the account used to purchase the DLC.
Collector's Edition Online Pass Entitlement
From Ashes"

Unable to play Single Player AND Multi player since the problem was first encountered on Saturday. I've tried different network connections, and I have the exact same problem on my laptop - previously I was able to play on both machines (obviously not at the same time, but you can't always be at your desktop, hence I have it installed on both). Origin cloud saves work really well for this. But it broke on the same day on both machines.

This has to be an EA server issue but their techs are ignoring my ticket now. I got "please reinstall" and "repair" and "clear cache" as suggestions, but I guess I'm beyond the drop down list of unhelpful placeholder replies now. Getting really angry because I paid good money for this game, I paid for extra Bioware points for MP packs, I am cut off in the middle of my third SP playthrough and at this rate won't be able to play the new MP dlc when that comes out.

No-one is listening and no-one is helping.

Really getting quite angry -

It's at least very frustrating to realize that they obviously don't know what they are doing.

If you know someone personally who owns ME3 as well, you could ask him to log in with his acc. on your PC. That would prove your theory right.

I have the same problem and i have had it with other games too. the weird thing is when i hopon  my friends wifi (charter) everything is fine. at home i have comcast and it seems like anytime anything thing from the interent wants my computer to verify anything it fails. DRM for example but even ISP speed tests fail during the uplaod speed test. i dont know if comcast is blocking some sleezy request from EA or if comcast sucks or both but thank goodness for other ISPs.
