Wow! I just finished ME3 playthrough and this instantly made me feel better!
Nevermind it being unofficial fanfic, it's still brilliant!
Bioware! I hope the DLC brings something like this, only... better! Thanks!
I think the message is very clear.

My God. How is it that normal people can do stuff better than professional writers?
Cause normal people don't have budgets, time contraints, other agencies, investers, other business and executives to answer too? This is also why people think fanfiction is better than what we get on TV or Movies...
(That's not to say that the folks who create stuff don't get it wrong, just the fan creations have more latitude then they do).
So you're saying having a budget is a bad thing now?
Not at all, just when fans write fanfiction they don't have to consider how much it would cost to make

Thanks so much for your efforts! You did a great job and have obviously brought a lot of solace to the fans who have taken advantage of your creation.

This was surprisingly well done and fair; there are dark bits, and happy bits. It still leaves mystery, but gives a sense of what sorts of things happen. I like it. It doesn't exactly rescue the finale (and I'm not sure how the DLC will either), but it comes about as close as you're liable to with the material at hand.

Wow very nice.
R = what I kinda pictured happening, somewhat.
B = became very very interesting.
G = still suffers from "space magic"
All in all that is so much better than what we got in game. Makes finishing a run in ME3 a little better to take.

Hm.
Ok, I could deal with the endings if it did something like this as an epilogue.
However, even if BioWare does this, it doesn't repair the bad PR they've been doing.
This will give me enough hope to give BioWare a better chance with that free DLC though.

It was always my sekrit hope that my project might help build a sort of bridge between the fans and the writers. So comments like these make me the happiest. Thank you!

No need to thank me. You did well, and it brought to light the ease in what really felt like a very painful, and, I'm sad to say, a disrespectful ending to the series - can be turned around into something more acceptable.
If your work can make me feel this much better about things, then BioWare may be able to turn things around better. But in order to do so, they're going to have to live up to the quality of work they produced the entirty of that game previous to that final mission.
In the end, there is still some damage done that's ultimately irrepariable by this fiasco, and I still heavily disagree with the company policy. But if they can pull off what you have done for me in the actual game itself? It'll be a good step in the right direction to restoring my faith in them.
I don't want to shut them away: to stop being a fan. But I feel as if I have no choice to make my message clear that such a deflating ending to such an amazing franchise was completely unacceptable. I felt it was a betrayle to everything we've come to love from them.
Let's hope they've come to understand that.

I liked what they managed to do with simple slides and just a few questions about your actions to that point, how so very sad is it then that Bioware was not capable of what this person was with what is still such a horrible ending. It is still a horrible ending, full of plot holes, inconsistencies, a rather massive change in theme and message, but this person managed to at least make me think I could accept it. And Bioware doesn't want to put the work into it when they SHOULD be able to do so much better. Sad, so very sad.
