Sounds good to me, more than I expected honestly. Timeframe not great but it is to be expected considering what they said they are going to do.

Doesn't surprise me at all that some people are whinging about it. Some retakers were never going to be happy.

Personalized is a nametag. Personalized could mean nothing.

I'm guessing that means text-based "Here's what happened to your squadmates" epilogues a la KOTOR2. And for personalization, if you romanced a character they'll add in, "And they pined for Shepard for the rest of their lives."

These are the people who said 'choices will matter' and that turned into 'pick a color'. I wouldn't put my hopes in the word 'personalized'.

Seriously....people are going to be satisfied with a few extra cutscenes? lol All that fuss to change a bad ending will be calmed with a few extra scenes added to that "Bad" ending. What a waste of effort some people went through if that's all you guys wanted.

What still angers me is that they continue to dismiss the fact that MOST of their fans have been dissatisfied with their ending, still claiming that "some" fans needed closure. And their fixation on artistic integrity. I'm beginng to hate this word. It still sounds like they are completely missing the point, at that is just getting frustrating.

To quote their own (highly artistic ... *cough*) writing (in the form of James Vega), they're just "turtling up" and hoping it all goes away with this carrot.  I'll reserve judgment until I see the added stuff, but with no mention of additional gameplay, I'm not overly encouraged by this.
