The problem is THAT IS IT. Are they seriously just going to add cutscenes? I mean, the hug complaints were about the execution, our choices not mattering, having just 3 choices, etc etc ETC.
Come on! Just more cutscenes? Talk about the easy way out.

Because it is PR gloss. Who knows what that even means? It could mean they're fixing the bug where not everyone's LI shows up in that awful flashback sequence. That would be more personalized.Noatz wrote...
Secondly, and more importantly is the last bit will feel more personalised for each player. This is new, and significant, because it means they will be working on that crucial "choice" element.
Do people who immediately dismiss these statements as "more PR gloss" even read them?

Why announce this now instead of tomorrow at PAX?
So they won't get barraged by the audience about the endings.

That's what confuses me. Shouldn't an "awesome, big announcement" (Hackett's VA) happen at PAX, not a day earlier on a website?Chrillze wrote...

They are not changing the ending, just "clarifying it". If they do a good job, bravo, if not, boo.

Some cutscenes, Some Googleimages photoshopped into splashscreens and more GodChild exposition?
No actual dialoguewheel, no choices and no gameplay?
Clarity=same badly written tripe I guess? Just more tripe?
We'll atleast it's free so I guess we get what we pay for. (for once)

I think this is fake, they wouldn't announce this one day before PAXFlyinElk212 wrote...

Really, without details, this doesn't actually change much. Still, skeptically optimistic.

That should be obvious. They don't want PAX to be dominated by endings talk.

um...yay?
sorry but i fail to see how a few cinematics will make my decisions through 150+ hours of gameplay in 3 games worthwhile.
put simply - where is my option to tell sparkle boy to stuff his 3 decisions that make no sense to the plotline?
i love the mass effect franchise, even ME3 up till the last 10 mins, but all i see after that "ending" (and yes ending singular, tasting the rainbow with 3 seperate colours for the same thing does not make 3 endings) is that i was sold this game on false pretenses, choice matters? all ive seen from bioware is lies, lies, more lies and now "watch the pretty pictures sucker".
ive had enough. keep your space magic and ill keep my cash kthanksg'bye.

BTW, if Bioware could get rid of freaking star child, I may get more DLC for ME3:)
