So, I found this bug on the website and EA support suggested I post here so "community leaders and production team" (quote) could see it after apologizing they can't help me access the home page of the site (completely unrelated!), even though I directly told them the work around to the bug to pass on. So just to get it straight, they told me they were sorry I couldn't access the social.bioware.com site, but then told me to post on the forums at social.bioware.com. EA support....great bunch of guys.
Anyways, the bug is these steps:
- Play ME3 multiplayer with upload feedback turned on
- Change your password via EA's origin site through the forgot password process
- Attempt to activate your ME3 Online Profile
- Re-entering your current password, as requested, just continually reloads the page asking for your password without any further error information
Again, I have already done my workaround and need no help. I just wished to report this to the appropriate person(s) and perhaps anyone else running into this problem in the future.
