 OP I agree with you.  If SWTOR can have voiced PCs for all the different characters you can make, so can DA, a single player game.

And I wouldn't mind having to wait a bit longer for the game to install all the character voices to my console.  We're in a time where games can install the data they need onto your consoles and not just the PCs anymore.  I have plenty of space on my PS3 and I'm sure many others do too.  Even if it is an old PS3, you can update the HDD because they made it replacable in the older ones.  I went from 80GB to 320GB.  I would gladly wait patiently for unique voices for each race that I can choose for the protagonist.

I think what I missed the most in DA2 was the different starting areas that were similar to MMOs, but didn't feel like a typical grind MMO.

I agree with the OP. All races in DA seem to have fairly normal sounding voices. I'm more likely to create a face that doesn't match the voice the then a "race" that doesn't match the voice.

After seeing all the amazing looking races in Skyrim and classes in Dark Souls, I will be very disappointed if DA3 has one race and the same class restrictions
