Wow, hope running out is not the case. I have kept an eye out for the collector's edition and have never seen it offered, period. Only recently has it even been offered at the EA store!
At least it is available at the EA store.

So far there is only 1 place i can find that ships the good collectors edition with case and map for xbox 360, and it will cost 140 american dollars. New games usually cost 100$ here in Denmark.

Thanks for the tip. I am in the US. I already have accounts set up with GameStop and Amazon which I was hoping I could use to order the collector's editon, hate to set up yet another vendor account. Since GameStop and Amazon don't seem to be offering it any longer though, guess I'll just try to play it safe and order from the EA store.
