Or Kal'Reegar LI/Squadie DLC. If Bioware gives me that, I will forget everything about the endings and worship them forever.

No, I won't buy any DLC for ME3. What's the point?

First, Bioware hasn't done anything, yet. They say they will now, but they also said our decisions in the game would matter. They said we WOULDN'T have a "Choose A, B, or C" ending.

Second, they are only Clarifying the existing ending, so nothing I could possibly do in any DLC will change that Ending. So what's the point? Will they tack on some one-liner in the new Epilogue to reflect that I helped Aria, a violent criminal, retake control of Omega? My Paragon Shepards would NEVER help her do that, and my Renegade would just as likely put a bullet in her head than help her, too.

So, no, with the current Ending standing, I still have no intention of buying any DLC.

That guy deserved a better ending, for sure.

I don't know...I'm sure I'll prefer my delusional head canon to whatever clarification they'll bring, so I probably won't install the clarification DLC unless friends of mine say it's awesome.  I really don't need an epilogue slide to tell me Tali and Garrus starved to death on Gilligan's Planet due to lack of dextro food when I'd rather pretend they somehow didn't.

I doubt I'll bother with pre-ending DLC...don't see the point.

If they want my money they should lie to me (again) and say it's "change" dlc, not "clarity" dlc

No more blind purchases from Bioware. Mass Effect 3 was my last. From now on, I'll go on this forum for my reviews. Critics have no more credibility in my mind anymore. If you guys say its good, I'll buy it. Other then that, Mass Effect 3 isn't my only game.

No, that would be naive in the extreme.

On the other hand, if the Extended Cut is good, then I'll be all over the paid DLC. I'm cautiously optimistic. "More personalized for each player" is the right kind of noise. Of course, given the original pre-release statements it has to be taken with a bucket of salt.

If I like the DLC ending then I will buy any DLC released before. If not then I will continue not to buy. Wait and see I suppose.

I am glad that BioWare is doing SOMETHING about the ending, however I remain skeptical. They have made promises and claims in the recent past that they haven't kept.

IF the ending "clarification" is satisfactory, then I will consider buying DLC. But I still will not support either Mass Effect or Dragon Age (or new products) until I have seen this DLC for myself.

Agreed.
Allthough DA3 depends more on the highly average DA2 than ME3.

What they've basically done is hit the "reset button" on my anticipation for DA3 and ME4. They'll have to convince me all over.
BioWare has fallen from my no1 spot of favorite game developers.

If the extended cut adds more endings and endings where they don't destroy galactic civilization by blowing up the relays...then I'll buy DLC. I won't purchase anything until I see the extended ending.

Yes, I was planning on buying other DLC anyway. Endings were sub par but rest of the game was amazing.

Just read the BW blog. No new endings, ever, period. Funny. Just like my ME3 DLC purchases.

 Hmmmm?

Nope. Nothing in the press release indicates that it will satisfy (some things indicate it won't when taken at face value). I can wait.

They aren't going to release DLC before the release the Extended Cut, so the question is moot.

no, definetily won't buy any DLC before the clarity crap comes out.

It seems we still get the crappy A,B,C choice, so most likely no more money from me after the DLC, too (Exception would maybe be an awesome epoligue) :/
