hey every time i try to log in when im playing this game, it says "please try again". My account works fine online, and i used the promo code for the stone prisoner and its now its useless. Ive double checked, triple checked, and i had put in the right email adress and password. If i dont, it tells me its incorrect. If i do, it says "please try again". Is there anything i can do to resolve this? Its really getting on my nerves lol

Check and make sure you hav the right email addy put in?

I found this to be a difficulty at first, sure I had entered everything properly. It finally went through after about 3 tries. I have noticed recently, when I start the game (Xbox360) some kind of error about my profile. not sure what is going on.
