I don't want the warden's keep dlc or any other, but I have two acheivement slots left related to the dlc that keep me from having another completed game. How can I cancel those out or remove them?

At the risk of being branded a Philistine, I'm just gonna throw an opinion out there for you to think about:
If you enjoyed the game and you're done with it, then you've "completed" it regardless of what the e-peen meter says. The world won't end if you don't collect every achievement...and over 99% of the population won't know (or care) whether you did.
BioWare is unlikely to provide an option to remove DLC achievements since they want to encourage people to purchase the DLC. It's passive marketing for achievement collectors, and it works, otherwise you wouldn't be bothered by those extra achievements taunting you.

I hear you on that, but I would know and frankly I don't care what others think or I would have a gold live account with thousands of friends. It's not the end of the world or anything, but bioware's in-game marketing is not making me want to buy dlc or any other games from them. It's a shame that this and all the bugs have ruined my experiance.
