EA/Bioware announced the DLC that they promised - nothing by cut-scenes to provide epilogues for the existing ending.
As was discussed on this forum and in other places, that is not what the customer base was asking for. We need to stay clear on that topic and not let Bioware off the hook.
I've seen some threads starting up where people are sniping at each other over IT. You need to stop that. Both sides. You are playing into Bioware's hands by taking your attention off Bioware.
Bioware made some very specific claims regarding ME3 prior to release:
1) The game will not come down to "choose A, B or C"
2) The ME3 experience will be 'unique' for each player
3) Past decisions from ME1/ME2 will have a profound impact on ME3
The list goes on and on. The claims are materially false.
For Bioware to make good on those claims, they must provide for multiple, *distinct* conclusions that would actually reflect the trajectory of the player's prior decisions. A singular ending cannot satisfy the pre-release claims made for ME3.
Folks need to stay focused on that point. Turn on each other out of spite over trivial disputes about *which* additional endings you, personally, want, and Bioware wins.
Don't turn on each other
