Thanks for participating! We already have over 3k votes.
Can we please get a comment from BioWare on how "we want to please as many people as possible" goes along with doing what 84% folks are displeased with?

haven't you seen what the PR trolls are up to? they are actively trying to discredit not just the polls on the BSN about the ending, but polling in general as a practice. You are obviously doing something right for them to work so hard to discredit your work. Keep it up.
What can PR do at this point? Everybody who is aware of the problem with the endings will no longer trust EA's PR. Ever. As for others - they could not be helped in the first place. The best you can do is spread the word to others so that it spreads faster than EA's PR and make everyone aware of their obvious PR lies.
P. S. 85% now.

Say I go on this awesome walk. 99% of the walk is great, picture perfect...and then I step into a pile of Crap. It just came out of the middle of nowhere and I never saw it coming. One of the suits from Bioware/EA comes by and says "You stepped in Bull Crap." The fact that I now know what type of crap I stepped in does NOT make me feel any better about it.

Clarification is absolutely not enough. I've said this before in other threads, but this is how I sum it up.

The bad thing about your analogy is that in it you can wash the crap off yourself and, given how awesome your walk was, disregard the fact that you stepped in it.
Here, the crap is officially glued to your boot and, if you try to wash it off, you'll likely be sued.

Voted, change em, make fans happy, start to win back your loyalty. Tell EA that Bioware stands for its fans. Tell them you will continue to innovate while maintaining solid storylines.
Or just blow us off and call it a day.
There is one very big problem with that, I'm afraid. BioWare has already announced an extra free DLC, which has likely not been in EA's plans. But unwillingness to change the ending is BioWare's sole fault. More specifically, I suspect that it all comes solely from Chris Hudson, with the rest of the team just unwilling to protest, fearing for their jobs.
Should it come to that, we should request EA to press on BioWare, not the other way around. EA is a victim here, losing their profits because of one man's decisions.

Anyone can make a mistake, so I complained about the beef, politely. And asked if I could have a plate of fish instead.
An hour later they brought me back the same plate of spoiled beef, only this time as I turned around their waiter hit me in the face with a wet fish, saying "but that's what you asked us for."
"No," I said as the room started to spin. "That really was not what I asked for at all, and if you think it was, then you were not listening hard enough to my request."
You may have heard some people say that they didn't mind eating the beef, but I bet each and every one of them would have preferred to get the plate of fish, especially as Bioware are the best chefs in the business.

I've shot Conrad in the foot. I've picked Morinth over Samara. I didn't bother going after my crew instantly when they were abducted by the collectors. I've betrayed Wrex, shot Mordin in the back, didn't care about the Quarians and yet my Shep swallows Caspers nonsense and rolls with it? Nope, ain't flying with me and clarification won't fix anything about that.

Yet another good analogy. Might be worth adding that they actually advertised their restaurant as a seafood reaustarant and specifically stated they would never serve beef. Yet here we are.
Also, most of the fanbase happen to be Hindus.<_<

not a very great poll, the lack of options makes it hard for me to really choose one extreme over the other.
There's nothing but these extremes, apparently.
Either the ending is so bad for you that, even with most (at best) plot holes covered, you would still consider Star Child bad writing and unworthy conclusion to ME3 trilogy.
OR, with plot holes covered and some additional scenes about the fate of all (at best) races you would feel satisfied.
OR, you think that the initial ending is good and the DLC is a waste of time.
Most uncertainity falls within the second option.

No.
I have no problem with understanding the ending.
It's the godchild and the fact that I just blew up half of the galaxy that I'm annoyed about.
... and the plotholes.
Exactly. It was never that we didn't understand the endings, they were just terribly written. We aren't children and we're not stupid. Bioware isn't too clever for us simple-minded apes. They just suck at writing.

I think that they should drop the Extended cut, and focus on a Director's Cut, to shape the plot how they've originally intended... because they MUST have had planned something else, i just don't want to belive that all the pre-release dev quotes were blatant bull****!
I know, this sounds unlikely because it would require some decent budget, but take into consideration that in the current situation you will probably sell about 75% less DLCs than you've expected (without considering further repercussions on future games), and an Extended Cut which add just some "closure" cinematics without having any impact on the events won't change that much.
