 Would it have been great if they had?  Sure, but lets be honest here, these guys have schedules to follow and other projects to devote themselves to.  

Before crying defeat and starting a riot, I think everyone needs to sit back and keep an open mind.  Lets wait to see how things play out.  The DLC is FREE afterall so really we as the consumers have nothing to lose here and who knows how much to gain.
