"Too hostile, end of line," one says.

You wish for civil paragraphs? Fine. I'll write a few of them.

I can only state that one or at least myself is emotional (and most of it is disappointment and rage) over the treatment EA/Bioware has given to us fans. If you have not heard of it, Bioware is going to have an additional clarification DLC, and they have firmly stated to protect their "artistic vision" of killing Shephard, disregarding our choices and sticking to ending A, B, C.

It's free, this so called extended cut DLC.

It seems that Bioware completely and utterly refuses to do a new ending, mainly because of their pride in Mass Effect. I am constantly reflecting and pondering over real life, like getting married, paying for rent or buying a new house, getting kids... and you know what? Life isn't very fun. So I play games that have great stories to them, Mass Effect was reasonably good, close to great, but in terms of "artistic ending execution", Bioware fails hard. It fails so very hard that a throng of people gathered to have a campaign over this issue.

Was the ending like Final Fantasy 10? You know, this ending was so horribly bittersweet? Behhhhhhhhhh. Wrong. Mass Effect 3 introduced a Kid who has absolutely no background and we could not care less of that *insert rage remark* child telling us to push what buttons to get the reapers gone. I can write better endings for ME3. It's not a maybe, it's definitely.

And when that point reaches where *I* can write better, you know that Bioware has an absolutely crap ending that does not need clarification nor extended cuts. The "artistic vision" that Bioware is so eager to protect? I wonder who exactly managed to get a consensus over the ending and STILL continue to protect it. Gamble? Hudson? Other writers?

The ending that Bioware is so proud of, is to ultimately kill Shephard. Fine. Sacrificing Shephard like Tidus did is completely okay with me. Except the execution from Godchild trivializes his death, and it wasn't in the least bit artistic or phenomenal, it was plain insanity. Billions are going to die from Mass Relays explosion, everyone is probably going to starve to death, and we are going to have Adam and Eve on some weird planet.

See where this is going? The solution, seen as "so artistic" and "so brilliant that no new ending DLC will ever be done", is to have a deus ex machina saving 1 or 2 % of the rest of the alien civilizations and repopulate everything maybe in the future.

My life suddenly got more annoying after playing this game. You see, I have been playing as shephard. I died. Okay, did I save people? Errrr, I had to knowingly kill billions and trillions of life forms and end technology and know the fact my love interest and I will never be together and I will never see my friends again like garrus, wrex, mordin... and... and... shi-

Mind blown. Bioware writers just gave me a slap on the face. Retake ME3 supporters failed to get a new ending. Punch in the face. I feel like all of us are stuck in a lose-lose situation.

Bioware loses the fans' hearts. Fans distrust Bioware EA now. I certainly won't be buying DA3, and anything to do with Casey/Gamble cannot be trusted anymore, period, end of line, and end of story. This turned out worse than I thought, because most of our efforts didn't do much and so many people are unhappy. Well, maybe, the clarification supporters are happy, I don't know. But excuse me while I am stuck with bad fiction that cannot be erased, ever.

Conclusion 1 : Never buying dragon age 3 to show you what I think of "Artistic Vision." I hope the sales for that game fails. You're not in the business of making people (or at least me) unhappy over a video game. I certainly have more "hostile words" of what I think of "artistic vision/integrity" of a certain type, where the content of it says "I created synthetics to kill you so you organics won't create synthetics which will ultimately kill you."

Conclusion 2: I am truly discontented with Mass Effect 3 and Casey Hudson. Since Casey is the key director, I blame him. Sticking to the ending? I blame him even more. Anything to do with Casey as director, boycott instantly.

Conclusion 3: Games that ship with first day DLC? Boycott.
