It was disproven by Geoff Keighley that the ending was written by Walters without peer review. I mean, that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Geoff saw no evidence that the ending was written in a rushed way or was written in a different way than the rest of the game. He posted that here, on these forums.

The actual material in Final Hours, especially those.. scribbles... say otherwise.
The ending violates the tone of everything that happened before. I simply can't believe any of those writers had any input in the ending.

No.  I haven't got what I wanted. I wanted endings that fit the tone and themes of the trilogy, that fit the character of Commander Shepard. Not an explanation or extention of the existing endings.  I know a lot of others feel the same way. If I go to a restaurant and order steak and they give me porridge, am I being unreasonable for pointing out that
I did not, in fact, order porridge?

sigh....  I should have taken note of the poster.  It's Minty.  Color me trolled.  (wonder which color-choice that was in the game?)

I agree with your OP, The Angry One. You have to remember that BSN is filled with fans. And fans tend to idolize the products and their creators. A lot of those will attack alternate points of view and feel that anything goes, because they are defending BW on BW grounds.

No, my only acceptable outcome is an ending where Shepard is not forced to become a war criminal.
That isn't asking for much, in a series built on hope, beating the odds and finding another way.

Call me crazy but this was done in the other two games we beat the odds.  This is the real only downer game where we have a kobayashi maru senario in the endings.  I mean this game did jump the shark on many levels, I get they wanted new players but creating a story etch-a-sketch and semi creating anew for the third part of a trillogy. 

It doesn't work. But i agree, where we have came saw and kicked its ass for games one and two and get this in three shows lazy writing and a lack of story.   I hope as well something happens where the options aren't destroying the galaxy and becoming hero to zero overnight.

It's not artistic integrity, it's preserving the plan for the next instalments in the franchise which, whether Crucible-adjusted-explosions destroy star systems like in Arrival or not, relies on there being no Relays.

You mean you fell for marketing? Because Bioware never told you anything in the press statements after release other than what they just stated. clarity. closure. both given. for free.
