EA will listen when the preorders for DA3 are in the thousands instead of the millions.

I'll be making no purchases from EA/Bioware between now and the free DLC release, that will be the deciding factor.

Same here. If I hear from the HTL people that the DLC actually does a good job, I'll start looking into more BioWare games. If not, I'm done.

2 copies of KoTOR, a copy and digital copy of jade empire,Two copies of DA:O and 2 copies all dlc, 2 copies of DA2 and 2 copies of all dlc, 2 copies of ME and 2 digital copies as well as 3 copies of all ME dlc, 2 copies of ME 2 and 2 copies of all dlc, 2 copies of ME3, 2 DA tshirts, 4 ME tshirts, 2 ME jackets, 1 ME bag, wall art for DA:O and 4 wall art pieces for ME and ME2.
I was going to play TOR when I got a new computer this spring, but no longer have any interest.
So yeah. Major fan. And absolutely disgusted with the quality of ME3, and Bioware's public treatment of its fans a a whole, but I think even worse, their flagrant public insistence that their "artistic integrity" is both grand and beyond reproach.
You are NOT above criticism. ME3's ending was unforgivable (but the whole game has quality issues I would otherwise have ignored).
You won't miss me as an individual, I know. But I don't think I'm alone.

And I`m gonna cancel my SWTOR subscription.
I`m going back to Gears of War!

I'll hold my wallet... just to throw it (empty) at Bioware, after having spent all my money on games worth it.

I haven't read this whole thread, so I'm sorry if this was your intention all along, but I think it would be best to not just apply the hold the wallet thing to Bioware, but to every dev and publisher that doesn't care about it's fanbase, lies in pre-release statements, and engages in shoddy business practice.Mastermadskills wrote...
Will begin work on a website and out-reach for movement in the morning.
This WILL take off.
No buying games that have day 1 DLC, no buying games that are incomplete on release with the gaps to filled in later, no buying from companies that promote absurd DRM and things like "online passes," no buying games from companies that treat their fans as a given and publicly bash them.
If you restrict yourself to just Bioware, I don't really see this going anywhere, but if you make it a campaign for better business practice in gaming in general, I can see it being successful. Just a bit of friendly advice.
Oh, and Hold the Wallet is a bit awkward sounding. Good luck!

I do not want to deal with any EA product right now, despite the fact that I love SWTOR.acidqueen5426 wrote...
I don't think it's entirely fair to punish the guys in Austin just because the guys in Edmonton are being tools, so I won't cancel my SW:TOR sub...yet.
But yeah--I've pretty much bought my last BW product. :/

I'll see how they do with the free extended cut dlc, but i'm not holding my breath, but even so until that comes out, i'm buying nothing that has either Bioware or EA written on it.
But even so, I was really pumped for ME3, I had several saves ready for import, but the ABC endings made me lose heart and interest to actually import those saves and see how things will be different, because i know they won't be

I won't spend anyone money for sure till DLC comes out. And unless they totally blow me away somehow (which I doubt). Then I will just walk away with my wallet.
Agreed.
