[Mastermadskills]

Hello everyone.

I'm back from my Easter Sunday vacation, and I have my fighting gloves on.

Today we have some BIG things planned:

~Creation of Facebook page
~Creation of Twitter channel
~Official Out-reach to other organizations with similar ideals.

Today will be a big day. Officers: I will be making an Officers Task List within the next few hours. Please give it a look-see and help out where possible.

I dont really hold Bioware responsible as much as I hold EA and in a smalelr role Microsoft responsible.

The adding of Kinect functionality and the multiplayer I believe caused the game to have suffered the way it did. I believe what they are releasing during the summer, is stuff that they had to cut out for whatever reason and is not anything new to Bioware but will be new to us.

I was almost on the Kinect bandwagon too.  Thank goodness I held out; from what I hear, it's only optimal use is for issuing commands to squadmates. :/

and apperently more useful for school than for actual kinect activities. not to mention kinect is now open source due to a conflict with microsoft xD

 I was holding the line till the announcement on the 5th.  I'm done with Bioware as a company.  At first, i was just unwilling to preordere any more games from them, going to wait till friends of mine gave me their own personal reviews.  But after the Extended Cut announcement, it's clear they just don't get it, and never will.

They've broken faith with me for the last time.  No more pre-orders, no more DLC, no new titles.  I don't know what happened to this company, but its not one I care for anymore.

Bioware is a company that has always made great games, and will likely continue to create great games into the future. But the way they've delivered these games ever since being acquired by EA has become unacceptable. We've put up with day 1 dlc, online passes, and stock photos with gritted teeth, begrudgingly accepting this as worth the product. But Bioware and EA have finally gone too far. This was the straw that broke the camel's back. By all but blowing off our criticisms as simply in need of "clarification", they finally broke the dam. They basically called us too stupid to understand their "art".

I'm not sure how the Extended Cut will work, and if it will solve all the plot holes, but even if it does the damage is done. So I will stand here, with whoever will join me and deliver a message to Bioware and EA that they will not just hear, but feel. Let's Hold The Wallet for as long as we can!

Indeed. This is where we hold strong together. Things like paid DLC will be the first challenge. We have to stand together and refuse to purchase anything these companies provide us. If someone begins to falter, other members must reassure them in a calm manner. Everyone who is here is here because they want to be, not because they are being forced into our ranks. Stay firm everyone, and together we can show Bioware and EA that we're done playing their little games (no pun intended).

Say what you wil, but we're willing to put our money where our mouths are. We will not stand by and be belittled by Bioware and EA any longer. We will make ourselves heard in the only way that seems to matter to them: with our wallets.

Well said, let's all keep ourselves under control. No reason to give others an actual reason to hate us. Even if they belittle our movement, we know that what we're doing has real meaning. Keep strong everyone, and Hold The Wallet.
