I took my wallet over to bethesda and bought skyrim. Its a real downer all this mess with ME3. I will wait and see what bioware does. and if they go back to making epic hero games with options for good endings like DAO...then I will be back. till them...I am going to play in skyrims world for a bit!

Unless this new ending dlc allows me to empty my clip into the 'oh look you've been replaced' god child then call for a pick up I will not be purchasing any more bioware products. And considering they've said they aren't adding any new choices...

I mean seriously, I did everything in the first two game perfect, saved everyone I could (no casualties in ME2 ), got max EMS before launching the attack, saved both geth and quarians, spend hours searching for every little secret to boost my EMS and there isn't even a choice that results in me seeing my Shepard and Tali on her homeworld? I mean come on, not a single happy ending even if I did everything absolutely perfect? Not saying that all the endings should be happy, but really? Apparently I could of gone to earth with nothing but the cast of stargate armed with slingshots and harsh language and got the same ending. No amount of clarification can fix that.

Damn straight, I'm done with Bioware. They've shat on my trust and just generally handled this whole affair poorly, I'm not giving them anything.

This movement will be much more effective. I also think this is why they want to give the DLC away free because nobody will pay for it. Kicking them in the moneybags is the only way to get a corporation to pay attention because even bad press won't hurt them unless investors leave or it involves them killing someone.

I don't know about you, but my game was complete. Yes, day-one-DLC was obviously a calculation, but I'd blame EA rather than Bioware. And... false advertisement? You mean people shouting "lies-lies-lies" to everything Casey Hudson & co. say? It all depends on interpretation.

Bioware bent under the fanmail. They decided to do a free expanded ending to clarify it for those who missed closure INSTEAD of actually working on more paid DLC. And all people do is rage even more. What are you guys, ten-year-olds? As a teacher, I can tell this is exactly how a spoiled brat reacts. I'm not saying the endings were perfect or they didn't have their problems. But the reactions I read here are ridiculous.

Face it, people. You DON'T own the company. It's not the company's duty or obligation to actually do what they did. But the fact that they're listening to their fans made them do it.

I'll take it a bit farther, I am withholding my funds from Bioware AND EA. I'm sure they won't miss it, I won't listen to their advertising just like they didn't listen to the fans and the pages upon pages of "Why the ending is bad" and "What needs to change"
