God. I liked the ending, but I'm also curious to see how they'll elaborate on it. However, this makes it seems every bit of open-mindedness will be filled in. That would completely ruin the cataclysmic atmosphere of the ending....

Hoping for the best...

Does the control ending has Shepard rebuilding the Relays with his new-found intelligence?

I'm willing to give them a chance, for all the good things they created in the Mass Effect trilogy.

I don't know how they'll be able to pull it off, but I am willing to give Bioware that chance.

It seems this DLC will attempt to wipe away peoples worst case scenarios. Not knowing what happened after the fact and not having an actual epilogue was my biggest issue. I have no idea how they're going to accomplish this but thankfully that's not my job lol.

I read the topic title in Prof. Farnsworth's voice, thanks for that! :D

That seems....OK. I'm just going to wait and see what happens now. If I stick around and read into stuff for too long I'll probably be depressed til the summer!

This is good news. I'm surprised by the amount of vitriol still being hurled at them.

Because BSN likes to be incredibly negative (as a whole) and the majority of people here are, as a result, ignoring what Jessica Merizan has said.

It's kind of depressing. I don't know how anyone can come here on any kind of regular basis, it's such an unhappy place. Too much anger feeding off of itself. A highly toxic atmosphere.

It still has the stupid kid in it....Well maybe there will be some more VA explaining why the **** the kid is suddenly jumping into the game near the end. Must be a projection of Shepards mind in one way or another.

Okay after reading this - going from totally scared to mildly optimistic.

I agree. Although having being an Arsenal fan (for those who follow English soccer) for 16 years I've become kinda used to it over the last half decade. Everyone else must just be a glutton for punishment.

These quotes make me a lot more optimistic than the actual press release itself. If everything Merizan says is true I think I may be satisfied with the "extended edition".

With that said, you could fill a novel with quotes from bioware employees that either turned out to be blatantly false or true only on a flimsy technicality, so you'll excuse me if I maintain some cynicism at this point.

Probably been mentioned, but there were a lot of pre-release statements that are flat-out untrue in light of the final game. I don't know if too many people will suddenly be eager to believe more pre-release statements. \\o/

EDIT: Of course, mentioned right above my comment. >_>
