Keep in mind this is the same person who thought that the ground retreat order in London was a fleet retreat order.

I know for many that an extended ending cut won't be enough. But I just talked with Merizan over twitter. She told me that:
1- No one starves to death, somehow.
Puts to rest the 'mass relays blown = entire galaxy dead' theory.

What possibly reason would we have for being pessimistic? I get the whole playing down expectations and preparing for disappointment to reduce emotional investment, but come on.

I read the title in Professor Farnsworths voice. You made my day!
On topic, this intrigues me.

"No one starves to death" is pretty big news. I wonder how they'll make it happen?

Yeah Jessica I know you're just trying to get annoying prodders off your back. I would too.
But still.. rebuilding the relays is completely likely... AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

Ms. Merizan once speculated that the ending wasn't so bad because Joker and the Normandy were on earth. Then someone pointed out the earth doesn't actually have two moons.

1) There were a lot of good reasons for those conclusions, because there was nothing in the game to contradict them. For example, relay blows up > FTL is too slow to get home without food/fuel/drive discharge sites/whatever > no new supplies into Sol because no relay > dextro species in Sol starve. Nothing in the game indicates that that would not happen.DESTRAUDO wrote...
Everyone assumed they would all starve for no reason. Everyone assumed the relays could not be rebuilt for no reason. Everyone assumed the normandy crew were stranded forever for no reason. Tons of people assumed the waves were destructive when shown the opposite was true.
